Help with oil

Hi, hope my english is good enough.

VW tells, you can use the VW507.00 ( max 30000km or 24 month). The first is to handle. Kilometer or time.
The VW507.00 includes the VW502.00 (max. 15000km or 12 month). Here is the same as the VW507.00. The first is to handle.
i prefer a Intervall-time from max 10000km.

The Oil need the VW Norm VW507.00 / VW502.00

VW507.00 is Longlife Diesel
VW504.00 is Longlife Otto

VW505.00 is short Intervall Diesel
VW502.00 is short Intervall Otto

if you take VW 504.00 for Longlife. Then you can only use a Oil with Visko 5w30.

Or you take VW502.00 for short intervall.
Then you can use the Visko 0w30, 0w40, 5w40 or 5w30.
The Best for the 3.2 engine is a good 5w40 oil. Addinol, Fuchs etc.

Original VW Oils or Oils from Castrol with 5w30, 0w30, are critical if you drive mostly under 20 km and drive often with cold engine.
driver here in the Forum use mostly the Addinol Super-Light 0540 5W40
