Problem with Kufatec BI-Xenon on Golf VI

    With GOOGLE TRANSLATE


    Hallo Alle.
    Ich habe das Kufatec BI-Xenon Kit inkl. Adapter auf meinem Golf VI mit originale Xenon-Scheinwerfer installiert. Aber ich kann sie nicht mit Fernlicht Licht auf die Xenon-Scheinwerfer funktionieren. Sie sind auf Abblendlicht (normale Licht) die ganze Zeit arbeiten??


    Wer weiß, was kann das liegen?

    I have installed the Kufatec BI-Xenon kit incl adapters on my Golf VI with originale Xenon headlights. But i can´t get it to work with HIGH beam light on the Xenon headlights. They are working on LOW beam (normale light) all the time ???


    Does anyone know what can be wrong ?

    perhaps the coding of your controller 55: headlamp range adjustment is wrong. What coding do you have there? What is the part no.? 5M0 907 357 C?
    And do you have DCC, RainLightSensor or 4motion?

    Sorry but i´m a newbee - so you have to excuse me :)


    I cant get the HIGH beam and the lights to turn / up / down`?
    My car have Light Assistens - can it be that ?


    Today i called Kufatec hotline becurse the wireset from Kufatec there was a Pin 1 + Pin 2 + Pin 4 (But my PIN 4 was taken in the Kufatec adapter) So Kufatec says that i just have to leve it be ?? But i´ts a black wire who has connection to the fuse box - I think perhaps the problem is there ??
    So buttom line.... On both my headlights i only have two out off tree wires connected to my Kufatec adapters.

    Before an "Auto-Scan", you have to choose the right chassis type. Golf VI should be 1K0 or 5K0, but not 7N0. Can you additionally install VCDS 10.6 instead your beta?


    In the list with the control modules, i miss no. 55. This is the modul for adjusting the headlight range automatically. With xenon, your old adjustment wheel from your halogen head lights should not work anymore.


    I can't help you in details with wiring, because i have not retrofittet xenon in any car yet, and my golf does not have xenon headlights. Perhaps it is a wiring problem, or a missing control module (55).


    Did you install a level sensor at your rear axle?

    I think the problem will be the level sensor on your axles.


    You have buy only the Wire-Adapter from Kufatec ?
    Or have you buy the Sensors for the automatic level to?


    You will musst install this, or your "up & down" of your lamps will not work.


    To the high beam ... there i have no idea ...

    Yes I did install a level sensor at the rear axle.
    All installations is done from Kufatec guide.


    Only problem I ran into, is that there is a black wire at both headlights from Kufatec wireset i dont need to use (what Kufatec says) So im a little worry
    My car have Light Assistance - can i be that who course the problems ?? I dont know ?


    We must see. Perhaps I take a trip to Kufatec in DE so they can fix my problems.

    Some months ago, i retrofitted the same on my Golf MK6 (2009!! WITHOUT Light Assistance )


    I used the "Xenon-Adapters-Wireset" and the "Auto-Leveling-Wire-Set".


    I don't know which Cabels du you mean ...


    The headlight adapters are connected between the harness in the car and the headlights. On these adapters are 2 cabels witch you hate to plug in in the BCM-Controller [Adress 09] (linke in the install-guide). <-- These are for the High-Beam / Shutter


    The autoleveling-Wireset have to be connected with the levelingsensor, with the Autoleveling-Controller [Adress 55], 1 cable with ground, 1 cable with ignition plus (clamp 15), 2 cables with CAN Low and CAN High and last but not least 1 calbe to the left headlight and the other to the right headlight. (linke in the install-guide)

    Frage zum BCM


    Original ist das normale Highline (Modellvariente, weil das ja anscheinend auch ne BCM-bezeichnung ist) BCM.
    MJ 09, Xenon war damals noch nicht lieferbar.


    Habe jetzt Xenons daheim, +Adapter usw. , Golf R Led´s hinten und ne GTI Front (mach mir gedanken wegen den Neblern)


    Wäre es doch logisch, ein BCM von nem GTI MJ 2011 zu nehmen, weil diese sowhl Xenon als auch die LED´s ab werk lieferbar haben.


    Oder was meinst du, welches hast du z.b. verbaut?

    Hi Rusty, du brauchst ein BCM mit der TN-Endung 087 und MJ 2010 (SW 0575). MJ2011 geht selbstverständlich auch. Es ist egal, ob es von einem Trendline oder GTI ist.

    Genau das hab ich gemeint.


    Also gehts um die Grundeinstufung des BCM´s


    und das Highline + unterstütz quasi alles oben genannte ?
    LED Rülis, Xenon usw .... wie ist das mit dem Abbiegelicht, daher kam ich auf das GTI BCM, weil angeblich sollen die GTI Nebler ja nicht als Abbiegelicht zugelassen sein.
    Somit würde dann unnötiges rumprogramieren wegfallen !??!

    On the adapters from Kufatec - You must set PIN 1 and PIN 2 (they are gray color) and PIN4 (Black) But on my adapters from Kufatec the PIN4 is already taken ???
    Just today i went into all the installations again, just to check that i have done i correct. It is when im using the guide from Kufatec.


    But still !!!! I cant get HIGH beam and turn up/down Side to Sid on my headlights ???
    It seem that im missing som power on the headlights to get them working wint HIGH beam.


    Did you go into your fuse box with a black or purple wire ??
    I have a Black wire (dobble wire) from the fuse box up to both headlights - it meaning that the black goes to PIN4 but kufatec says that i dont need it ???
