TPMS / RDK Golf Variant VII 1.2 2017

Hello,
Sorry for not speaking German (still learning ). : D
So, I have to change my winter tires to summer Tires. My question is, do I have to order the TPMS / RDK with the installation of tire and rim or is not necessary because of the ABS System? Don't want to spend money for nothing.
